It’s ideal for both spouses or all parties to participate in the same initial consult where, if needed, one party may request brief, private discussion with the mediator.
Separate initial consults may be provided upon request for reasons such as needing accommodation regarding domestic violence (DV) or coercive control (CC) related concerns, logistical or time zone incompatibilities, or the like. Please note below, if needed.

For now, minors seeking mediation will need to have their parent or legal guardian submit this form, and list the minor as a party to the dispute. We're unable to hold discovery calls with minors without parental involvement, at this time.

With plans to expand service areas, Ihsaan Solutions Network, LLC, currently provides mediation services to California residents and disputes only, and will soon expand to serve Texas residents and disputes. Coaching and family pastoral care services are available internationally.
